ANTI-CORROSION

The materials to be separated are normally corrosive. So for safety, the parts in contact with these corrosive materials must be anti-corrosive.

■ Material of constructions: 304, 321, 316L, 904L, titanium sheet and duplex stainless steel etc.

■ Surface anti-corrosion treatment: PE lined, rubber lined and halar lined etc.

The customer shall forward the physical and chemical properties of the material and washing liquid (chemical properties and separation temperature etc.) To the manufacturer so that it can make recommendations for centrifuge materials based on characteristics of the separation medium, and that the suitable seal ring, seal washer and filter cloth can be provided, thus ensuring anti-corrosion requirements on the centrifuge.
